2019 Fall Season Resources
The Great Northern Lacrosse League (GNLL) Boys Fall Field Season provides a fun, safe and supportive environment where area youth players can compete, learn and grow.
Participating High School teams play 10 regular season games throughout September & October at conveniently located regional host sites. Games run on the hour and consist of four 12-minute quarters. Participating teams may also opt-in and receive priority registration for our end of season Great Pumpkin Shootout Tournament (GPS).
The league provides the following for each game:
• Certified UMLOA officials
• Certified EMT's equipped with AED's
• Professional Site Managers / Scorekeepers
• Mobile-responsive schedules, statistics, and standings.
Regular Season: 5 Weeks- Sundays, September 8, 2019 - October 6, 2019. Games run between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
End of Season GPS Tournament (Optional) : October 12 - 13, 2019 (Varsity Division at Wayzata HS; JV/14U/12U/10U Divisions at Burnsville HS) 4-game guarantee. Pool play with advancement to championship brackets. 1 Champion crowned for each division.

Rules: NFHS Lacrosse Rules with MN Offseason Guidelines
Eligibility: Open to boys in grades 8 - 12 (Based on 2019-2020 school year). The league follows US Lacrosse Age & Eligibility Guidelines. US Lacrosse membership is required for all players and coaches.
Regular Season Fee: $2450 per team (Teams have the option to pro-rate down, inquire with League Director if interested)
End of Season Tournament Fee: $975
The GNLL Fall Field Season (Sunday games), runs concurrently with our Fall HGL Premier Box League which runs games on Saturdays and is open to individual rather than team registrations.
The fall season is followed by our Boys H.S. Winter Field League.

Team registration deadline has been extended to Wednesday August 21, 2019.
Registrations are accepted on a first-come-first-serve basis. Registrations received after the deadline are not guaranteed to be scheduled and will incur a $100 late fee
A $500 deposit is required for each team registered. Deposits are non-refundable and due at the time of registration. Teams are not considered fully registered until deposit payments are received. The remaining balance is due no later than August 31, 2019.
Homegrown Lacrosse is a registered 501c(3) non-profit organization. Team fees cover facility, officials, EMT, field staff, equipment and league administration costs. Additional proceeds and sponsorships sustain, expand and develop service-based initiatives throughout the region.
