Coach Online Registration: 

• All coaches must complete an online registration form for each league. The form serves as a waiver, liability release, code of conduct agreement, and verifies USA Lacrosse membership.
• All coaches must have a valid USA Lacrosse membership throughout the duration of the league.

Coach Eligibility:

• An adult (18 years or older) must be present on the sideline for liability purposes. 
• All coaches on the sideline in-season (Spring & Summer) must have a valid USA Lacrosse Bronze membership. Each team must have a head coach who is a Silver Level Coach. All previous Level 1 Certified Coaches have been transferred over to Silver Level. It is recommended that coaches confirm their coaching level before Dec 31, 2024 as the transfer period is expiring.
  • Coaches certifications must be fulfilled at least ONE WEEK PRIOR to the start of your games.

Coaches who have completed their USA Lacrosse Level 1 in the past (online only, or full certification), Safesport Training (through another platform such as USA Hockey) and Concussion Certification, will be credited completion upon validation by sending screenshots to trainingmanager@greatnorthernlacrosse.com. Please note USA Lacrosse now has continuing education courses that must be completed annually for your certification to stay current. Please include your USA Lacrosse membership number along with the team you coach for including association and age group.
