Northern Lights Box Lacrosse

Welcome to the Northern Lights Box Lacrosse Club, where we take immense pride in providing transformative training and unparalleled travel experiences that leave a profound and enduring impact. We strive to create a positive environment where dedicated athletes from 10U to Graduating Seniors will be immersed in a world of high-level competition, rigorous training, and enduring camaraderie, all nurturing their passion for the game.

2023-2024 Season

We plan to sponsor boys' teams at the following levels for the 2023-2024 Season. Girls and non-binary players are welcome to play with the boys:

- H.S. Elite (18U | Grades 11-12)
- Varsity Prep (16U | Grades 9-10)
- Bantam (14U | Grades 7-8)
- Peewee (12U | Grades 5-6)
- Novice (10U | Grades 3-4)

We will work to offer multiple teams at any age level that has more players than a single team can hold and do our best to avoid making cuts. We want all players to have the opportunity to experience our program and grow.

Why Northern Lights

Affordable Excellence: We believe in making elite training accessible to all. Our commitment to affordability ensures that top-tier instruction doesn't come at a premium. We are the region's only non-profit club team, offer need-based scholarships, and encourage diversity and inclusion in all forms.

Unrivaled Travel Experiences: Our players travel, compete, learn, and grow together on the biggest stages. Unlike most other teams, our trips are all-inclusive, fostering confidence and team development. It also lowers families' costs since they do not need to travel with their players or pay for their hotels.

Year-Round Practice & Skill Development: The Northern Lights program offers some of the most affordable, accessible, extensive, and high-quality training schedules in the region. We also practice on box lacrosse fields, unlike many of our competitors.

Flexibility:  Our comprehensive Fall/Winter and Summer seasons cater to various schedules, allowing players the flexibility to engage as needed. We synchronize team schedules with our Field Lacrosse Club, the Minnesota Chill, and high school and association teams, allowing interested players to participate in both.

Transparency & Financial Assistance: We pride ourselves on transparency, affordability, and value. A full breakdown of fees and travel options is available by clicking here.
