The Minnesota Chill is the state’s original All-State travel lacrosse program—founded in 1997 and still leading the way in player development, team culture, and community impact. As a nonprofit club, we’re built to serve—not sell—and we're committed to putting athletes and families first.
From 10U to graduating seniors, our players train and compete at a high level, form lifelong friendships, and grow as leaders both on and off the field. Through regional skill sessions, centralized practices, elite travel experiences, and access to best-in-class facilities, the Chill offers a holistic, flexible, and player-centered pathway that supports multi-sport athletes and honors family schedules.
We travel as a team—handling flights, hotels, and meals—so players can focus on the game, build independence, and have fun along the way. Our trusted, long-term coaches stay with athletes season after season, providing mentorship, accountability, and care that lasts far beyond the field.
Whether you’re looking to play in college, grow as a leader, or simply fall deeper in love with the game, the Chill is more than a team—it’s a community, a training ground, and a movement.
Join us for the fall, winter, and summer seasons—opt in to the ones that work for you. We coordinate with local associations and high school schedules to make multi-team participation easy and stress-free.
Minnesota Chill offers year-round programming designed to support player development, build confidence, and foster a lifelong love of the game. Each season is intentionally structured to meet athletes where they are and help them grow on and off the field.
