Homegrown Academy
Homegrown Academy is a dynamic and up-tempo field lacrosse training program that mixes high-repetition skill work with strength and conditioning. Every minute of field time is maximized to heighten the player's on-field abilities while building endurance and lacrosse-specific muscle memory. Elevate your game within a community that welcomes players of every skill level.

Training Groups:
- Boys & Girls High School: Grades 9 - 12
- Boys & Girls Youth Middle School: Grades 6 - 8
- Boys & Girls Youth Elementary School: Grades 3 - 5
*Players are welcome to join a group higher or lower than their age based on their skill level to be appropriately challenged
**Training sessions are open to players of all skill levels, abilities, and genders. Select sessions are open to HS (grades 9-12) or Youth (grades 3-8). Players should bring their own equipment.
Winter Academy Session Sample Practice Plan (1 hour)
15 mins - Dynamic Stick & Body Warm-Up
15 mins - Individual Skills (i.e. shooting, ground balls, footwork, 1v1 offense/defense)
15 mins - Small-Sided Games & Competition (i.e. 2v2/3v3s, odd-number situations, gb battles)
15 mins - Lacrosse-Specific Fitness (i.e. HIIT, circuit, speed, agility, endurance)

Goalie Sessions
The following sessions will have a designated goalie coach for goalie-specific drills and skills. Goalies are welcome at any session, regardless if there is a goalie coach present or not.

Participation Fee: $35 per week + $15 activation fee.
- Need-based scholarships are available by request. Click here for more information.
- Fees are charged automatically each Monday throughout the program (excluding weeks of Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's). Players may sign up, withdraw, or freeze their training membership at any time.
- Players may attend as many sessions per week as they would like at any location. Registration also includes access to Homegrown Academy scrimmage sessions in February.
Weather Cancellation Policy - We follow local school closures for winter weather cancellations. In the event of a cancellation, you will receive an email with the date/time and locations that are affected by the cancellation.
