Great Pumpkin Shootout
The Great Pumpkin Shootout is our way of bringing together the expanding Upper-Midwest lacrosse community to celebrate fall and wrap-up the Great Northern Lacrosse League (GNLL) Fall Field Season. Since it's inception in 2012, the event has grown to include 100+ teams per tournament and 3,000 participants each year.
Dates: Friday-Sunday, October 10-12, 2025:
Location: Farmington HS and Levi Dodge MS
Divisions: Boys/Girls Varsity, JV, 14U, 12U, 10U, 8U
Participation Fee:
Boys: $1175 per 12/14U team | *10U $650 | *8U $350
Girls: $850 per team | *8U $350
*$150 discount for boys' teams (no discount for 10/8U) / $75 discount for girls' teams (no discount for 8U) participating in the 2025 GNLL Fall League.
Boys Format: 4-game guarantee. 20-minute halves. Pool play with advancement to championship brackets.
Girls Format: 6v6 on 60x40 yard fields. 4-game guarantee. 20-minute running time halves. 10U Girls may play 8v8 if both coaches agree to it.
The following will be provided for the event:
• Certified Officials
• Certified EMT's equipped with AED's
• Professional Site Managers / Scorekeepers
• Online standings, schedules, and updates
Eligibility: The Tournament follows USA Lacrosse age & eligibility guidelines according to the 2025-2026 school year. USAL membership is required for all players and coaches who must be registered prior to the start of the tournament. Click here for a detailed break-down of additional rules and requirements.

*Registrations are accepted on a first-come-first-serve basis. Registrations received after the deadline (9/12/25) are not guaranteed and will incur a $100 late fee if added.
A $250 deposit is required for each team registered. Deposits are non-refundable and due at the time of registration. Teams are not considered fully registered until deposit payments are received. The remaining balance is due no later than Monday, September 29, 2025.
Homegrown Lacrosse is a registered 501c(3) non-profit organization. Team fees cover facility, officials, EMT, field staff, equipment and league administration costs. Additional proceeds and sponsorships sustain, expand and develop service-based initiatives throughout the region.
