TryLax allows prospective players opportunities to experience the fastest game on two feet in a fun, low-pressure environment. The program is designed specifically for first time players who are interested in learning more about the game and serves as a great first step towards signing up for a team. At each session Homegrown Senior Staffers teach fundamental skills like passing, catching, shooting and scooping in fun, safe and supportive environment. 

Beginner sticks are available for all participants. Participants are welcome to bring their own sticks if they have one. 

Athletic shoes and attire are recommended.  

TryLax events are designed so no other protective equipment will be required.
