Welcome to the Indigenous Lacrosse Alliance (ILA) Careers page! Our organization is dedicated to reviving and expanding the reach of lacrosse in tribal and urban Indian communities, and we are committed to providing access and opportunities for Indigenous youth to participate in the sport.  At the ILA, we strive to prioritize the needs of Indigenous youth and empower them to be future community leaders. We are excited to welcome individuals who share our vision and commitments to join our team and grow the game.
