What is the Lax-4-Life Summer Camp?
The Lax-4-Life Summer Camp is an overnight camp focused on promoting health and wellness through lacrosse for Indigenous youth. The camp works with youth to learn lacrosse skills and concepts alongside other athletic fundamentals. With a holistic focus in mind, campers also learn about nutrition and physical fitness and the history and culture of lacrosse in Indigenous communities.
