These Small Group Training sessions are super personalized and super convenient, the Forge staff will come out to your location and put on a great skills session for you and your group

Associations

More than anything, Homegrown Lacrosse is here to be a "lacrosse resource" for players, parents, coaches, associations and community organizations/schools.

We're here to help in any way we can, so please do not hesitate to contact us for advice or support.

Association Clinics

Association Clinics are great for youth organizations who are looking to enhance their off-season practices and find some guidance with practice planning and outcome. The Forge staff will drive out to your association's region and put on a well constructed practice for your youth team. Association coaches are welcome to stay and ask questions and coach alongside the Forge staff.

Coach Resources

Coaches, here you will find a wide variety of things, including health and safety resources, tips on strength and agility training, lacrosse drill ideas as well as provide information on coaching strategies. Also, there is a link to our Coaches Connection page where you can find local job openings. Click here to visit our Coaches' Resources page.

Coach Connection

At Homegrown Lacrosse, we recognize that the Minnesota lacrosse community is constantly expanding - and that is amazing! To support that growth, we've created a job board to help connect coaches and associations. If you are a youth association or high school looking for coaches, please send the position posting to info@homegrownlacrosse.org.

Collegiate Recruitment

The Collegiate Recruitment page is designed to provide both players and parents with guidance and advice that will make the recruiting process easier and less stressful as well as help prepare players for how to make the most of their college lacrosse experience.

Concussions

This page is dedicated to outlining the State of Minnesota's updated laws regarding youth sports programs and concussions prevention.

This page also provides a free online course for parents and players to review the most updated information regarding concussions. This course will help you understand the impact of sports-related concussions.

Parent Resources

Being a lacrosse parent can be an exciting but also challenging task.

With the sport being so new to Minnesota there are a lot of "unknowns" for parents - from the basic rules of the game, the positions and the skills to what they should be doing to help their son and to what and where to get equipment.

Our goal is to help guide you in your journey as a lacrosse parent. Click here for the Parents' Resource page.

Player Resources

This section is completely dedicated to the players. There will be video highlights, interviews with local players, video tips, question and answer with the Homegrown staff and other local new related to Minnesota Lacrosse. If you come across an online resource you think would be helpful to other players or have a question to ask the Homegrown staff shoot us an e-mail at info@homegrownlacrosse.org. Click here for the Players' Resources page.
