Minnesota Meltdown

We are bringing back the Minnesota Meltdown for 2021 with modified Olympic rules as an opportunity for high school players to get some touches in before the spring lacrosse season officially starts. With smaller rosters, smaller fields, and quick restarts among other modifications, the intensity and pace of play should be a good challenge for players.

Full rule set is available below but the game will consist of 5 field players and 1 goalie.

Click HERE for an Inside Lacrosse write up about the proposed Olympic rules format following trials by the US/Canadian National Teams in 2019.
