2024 Team Participation Fees

Winter 2019-20 Participation Fees

  • 14 Team Training Sessions (Nov. - Feb.)
  • 28 Winter Homegrown Academy Training Sessions (Oct. - Feb.)
  • Coaches Pay, Field Rental, Equipment & Balls
  • Great Pumpkin Shootout Tournament (Oct.).

Best of the West - Las Vegas, Nevada Trip Fees: 
There are 3 different ways to travel with the Minnesota Chill. Find a way that suits your needs below: 

All-Inclusive

Players are fully immersed in the team experience and parents are not required to travel. 

Family-Travel

Player travels with the family to and from the tournament location and lodges with the team. Coaches arrange team transportation, activities, and meals. *Family is responsible for their own travel costs, and parent hotel room. 

Self- Directed Travel

Players travel and stay with their family for the entire tournament. *Family is responsible for all of their own travel, lodging, and meals.

Payment Schedule

Participation fees can be paid upfront or in installments via the payment plan schedule listed below. Full payments made by check are greatly appreciated and receive a 3% discount which will be applied as a credit to your account once your payment is received. 

Team Deposit / Uniform Payment: 
Due within 48 hours of team invite. Not refundable. 

Winter Season Payment Plan Schedule:
9/1/2020: Installment 1 
10/1/2020: Installment 2
11/1/2020: Installment 3
12/1/2020: Installment 4

Summer Season Payment Plan Schedule:
3/1/2021: Installment 1 
4/1/2021: Installment 2 
5/1/2021: Installment 3
6/1/2021: Installment 4

Payment Policies

Payment Plans:

  • Deposit payments must be made before a payment plan can be approved. 
  • Payments plans may not extend past the end of any given season. 
  • *Important: All payment plans must be approved prior to the listed "First Third Remaining Due Date" date for each season. 

Scholarships:

All scholarships requests must be submitted/approved prior to the listed "First Third Remaining Due Date" date for each season. 

Winter Season Scholarship Deadline: October 1, 2019
Summer Season Scholarship Deadline: April 1, 2020

Refund Policy:

Deposits are non-refundable.

There will be no refunds or proration for missed individual training sessions.

Conflicts with High School Overnight Training Camp:

  • At the time of registration - 75% camp costs will be deducted from total costs to help cover the cost of team coaches. 
  • After Registration and up to 30 Days Before - 50% of the camp costs will be refunded
  • Within 30 Days - 0% of the camp costs will be refunded

Conflicts with Youth Summer Camps:

  • At the time of registration - 100% camp costs will be deducted from total costs
  • After Registration and up to 30 Days Before - 50% of the camp costs will be refunded
  • Within 30 Days - 0% of the camp costs will be refunded

Cancellation of participation on a Tournament Trip:

  • At the time of registration - 100% of the trip costs, less coach expenses, will be refunded 
  • After registration and up to 60 days before - 75% of the trip cost will be refunded
  • Within 60 days - 50% of the trip cost will be refunded
  • Within 30 days - 30% of the trip cost will be refunded
  • Within 21 days - 0% of the trip cost will be refunded
