Winter training consists of 14 team practices at a central location, and 28 HG Academy training sessions which run regionally on weeknights.
Practices are held on Saturday or Sunday mornings at the Concordia Sea Foam Dome in St. Paul, or the Academy of Holy Angels in Minneapolis. Some dates and times vary. See the team calendar at the bottom of this page for more details and/or schedule changes.

Summer training kicks off with a 3-day overnight team development camp at the University of St. Thomas where players participate in 8 on-field training sessions, team-building, mindset development exercises, and individualized goal-setting meetings. Teams also participate in weekly team practices between events.

Participation fees are all-inclusive e.g. ground transportation costs, tournament fees, coach/admin costs, lodging and team meals. We strive to make the travel team experience as affordable/accessible as possible. Payment plans and a limited number of scholarships are made available by request.
Homegrown Lacrosse's 501c(3) tax-exempt status, sponsorships, donation requests, bulk purchasing and extensive bid sourcing and are all leveraged to keep costs as low as possible while maintaining a high standard of quality and value.
