2021 Team Participation Fees


Team Deposit

Players invited to join the Minnesota Chill program will be asked to submit a $250 non-refundable deposit and select which seasons they are participating in (Winter and/or Summer). 

This deposit includes the team uniform and apparel package.

*Team helmets, bags and additional gear will be offered separately in an online team store

Winter 2019-20 Participation Fees

Cost per Player: $2565 + Airfare (TBD)
Practice Players / Alternates: $936

  • Winter Training Fees: $936
  • Adrenaline Challenge: $1626 + Airfare (TBD) 

Winter Training Fees Include:

  • 14 Team Training Sessions (Nov. 10 - Feb. 22)
  • 28 Winter Homegrown Academy Training Sessions (Oct. 21 - Feb. 29)
  • Coaches Pay, Field Rental, Equipment & Balls
  • Great Pumpkin Shootout Tournament (Oct. 26 -27)

Winter Trip Fees Include:

  • Airfare & Checked Bags
  • Ground Transportation
  • Fuel, Insurance, Parking
  • Lodging
  • Team Meals (Breakfast & Dinner)
  • Player Tournament Fee
  • Coaches Pay & Travel Costs
  • NextPro All-Star Membership
  • Administrative Services

Summer 2020 Participation Fees

Cost per Player: $3329 + Airfare for Adrenaline Tournament (TBD)

  • Summer Training: $494
  • Blue Ox Invitational: $195
  • MidAmerica Invitational: $1049
  • Adrenaline Western Shootout: $1590 + Airfare (TBD)

Summer Training Fees Include:

  • Overnight Team Camp at UST
  • Weekly Team Practices
  • End of Season BBQ 
  • Coaches Pay, Field Rental, Equipment & Balls

Summer Trip Fees Include:

  • Airfare
  • Transportation
  • Fuel
  • Lodging
  • Team Meals (Breakfast & Dinner)
  • Tournament Fees

Payment Schedule

Deposit Payment: 
$250. Due within 48 hours of team placement notification.

Winter Season:
10/15/2019: First third of remaining balance due  
11/15/2019: Second third of remaining balance due  
12/15/2019: Final third of remaining balance due

Summer Season:
4/15/2020: First third of remaining balance due
5/15/2020: Second third of remaining balance due
6/15/2020: Final third of remaining balance due

Payment Policies

Payment Plans:

  • Deposit payments must be made before a payment plan can be approved. 
  • Payments plans may not extend past the end of any given season. 
  • *Important: All payment plans must be approved prior to the listed "First Third Remaining Due Date" date for each season. 

Scholarships:

All scholarships requests must be submitted/approved prior to the listed "First Third Remaining Due Date" date for each season. 

Winter Season Scholarship Deadline: October 1, 2019
Summer Season Scholarship Deadline: April 1, 2020

Refund Policy:

Deposits are non-refundable.

There will be no refunds or proration for missed individual training sessions.

Conflicts with High School Overnight Training Camp:

  • At the time of registration - 75% camp costs will be deducted from total costs to help cover the cost of team coaches. 
  • After Registration and up to 30 Days Before - 50% of the camp costs will be refunded
  • Within 30 Days - 0% of the camp costs will be refunded

Conflicts with Youth Summer Camps:

  • At the time of registration - 100% camp costs will be deducted from total costs
  • After Registration and up to 30 Days Before - 50% of the camp costs will be refunded
  • Within 30 Days - 0% of the camp costs will be refunded

Cancellation of participation on a Tournament Trip:

  • At the time of registration - 100% of the trip costs, less coach expenses, will be refunded 
  • After registration and up to 60 days before - 75% of the trip cost will be refunded
  • Within 60 days - 50% of the trip cost will be refunded
  • Within 30 days - 30% of the trip cost will be refunded
  • Within 21 days - 0% of the trip cost will be refunded
