Best of the West - Las Vegas, NV Trip: 
There are 3 different ways to travel with the Minnesota Chill. Find a way that suits your needs below: 

All-Inclusive

Players are fully immersed in the team experience and parents are not required to travel. 

Family-Travel

Player travels with the family to and from the tournament location and lodges with the team. Coaches arrange team transportation, activities, and meals. *Family is responsible for their own travel costs, and parent hotel room. 

Self- Directed Travel

Players travel and stay with their family for the entire tournament. *Family is responsible for all of their own travel, lodging, and meals.

Payment Schedule

Participation fees can be paid upfront or in monthly installments via the payment plan schedule listed below. Full payments made by check are greatly appreciated and receive a 3% discount. 

Team Deposit: $500
Due within 48 hours of team invite. Not refundable. Players who are participating in the summer only will pay their team fee in the winter registration payment plan.

Winter Payment Plan Schedule: 
9/XX/2020: Installment 1  - $500 (Team Deposit)
10/1/2020: Installment 2  - $575 (or remaining balance)
11/1/2020: Installment 3 - $575 (or remaining balance)
12/1/2020: Installment 4 - $575 (or remaining balance)
1/1/2021: Installment 5 - $575 (or remaining balance)
2/1/2021: Installment 6 - Remaining Balance

Summer Payment Plan Schedule:
4/1/2021: Installment 1 - $500
5/1/2021: Installment 2 - $900 (or remaining balance)
6/1/2021: Installment 3 - $900 (or remaining balance)
7/1/2021: Installment 4 - Remaining Balance

Payment Policies

Refund Policy:

Deposits are non-refundable.

If an event is cancelled due to COVID-19, all efforts will be made to return full refunds of the costs associated with it.

Homegrown Summer Camps:

  • At the time of registration - 100% camp costs will be deducted from total costs
  • After Registration and up to 30 Days Before - 50% of the camp costs will be refunded
  • Within 30 Days - 0% of the camp costs will be refunded

Cancellation of participation on a Tournament Trip:

  • At the time of registration - 100% of the trip costs. 
  • Within 120 days - 75% of the trip cost will be refunded
  • Within 90 days - 50% of the trip cost will be refunded
  • Within 60 days - 25% of the trip cost will be refunded
  • Within 30 days - 0% of the trip cost will be refunded

Custom / Alternate Payment Plans:

  • Deposit payments must be made before a custom payment plan can be approved. 
  • Custom payment plans may not extend past the end of any given season. 
  • A plan must be agreed upon prior to the listed 10/15/2020 for Winter and 4/15/2021 for Summer. 

Scholarships:

Winter Season Scholarship Deadline: October 1, 2020
Summer Season Scholarship Deadline: April 1, 2021
