Mens Summer Field League


League Information

The Great Northern Lacrosse League (GNLL) Men's Summer Leagues provides a fun, safe, and structured environment where collegiate and post-collegiate players can compete, develop their game and stay connected with teammates/friends. 

Games are two 25 minute running time halves. Players MUST wear shoulder pads and mouth guards to play. 

The league provides the following for each game:  
    •    Certified Officials
    •    Certified EMT's equipped with AED's 
    •    Professional Site Managers / Scorekeepers

Mobile-responsive team statistics, standings, schedules, and updates are provided via TourneyMachine. 

Season Dates: Wednesdays, June 7 - August 2, 20238 Games across 9 Weeks. 

Location: 6-10PM Augsburg University, 7-10PM at McMurray Fields, St. Paul, MN, and 6-10PM at St. Paul Central HS. 

2023 Season Updates:

  • Rosters will be published and stats will be kept.
  • Players MUST have numbered jerseys that match the rosters. 
  • Rosters must have a minimum of 16 and a maximum of 24 players.

Eligibility: Leagues are open to men 17 years of age or older. If you are under 18 years of age, a parent or guardian must complete registration for you. 

Team Registration Deadline: Friday, May 5, 2023.

Player Registration Deadline: Regular fee of $145 until May 11, 2023. Late fee of $160 until Friday, June 2, 2023

Free Agents: Registration is available for free-agent players. Free-agent lists are shared with team administrators who will contact registrants if and when they have roster openings.



Players cannot roster themselves onto their teams until the team captain has registered

*This league is limited to 18 Teams. Registrations are accepted on a first-come-first-serve basis.

Leagues and events often fill to capacity. Registrations are accepted on a first-come-first-serve basis. Teams are not considered fully registered until at least 12 players are registered with payments received. 

Homegrown Lacrosse is a registered 501c(3) non-profit organization. Team fees cover facility, officials, EMT, field staff, equipment and league administration costs. Additional proceeds and sponsorships sustain, expand and develop service-based initiatives throughout the region.
