The Great Northern Lacrosse League (GNLL) Girls Fall Field Season provides a fun, safe, and supportive environment where area youth players can compete, learn and grow. 

Regular Season: 

• Please note that in 2026 Week 1 September 6 is BEFORE Labor Day.  Teams will have the option to blackout that date if needed.
• 5 week season: Sundays, September 6, 2026 - October 4, 2026. Games run between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM, on Sundays.

End of Season GPS Tournament (Optional) : October 9-11, 2026 at Shakopee HS & West Middle School. 4-game guarantee. 

2026 Locations Include:
NW: Fernbrook Fields Maple Grove / Wayzata HS
East: St. Paul Central HS/McMurray Fields
South: Burnsville HS/Eagan HS

Divisions: Varsity (Gold/Silver) & JV

Rules: NFHS Lacrosse Rules with MN Offseason Guidelines; 6v6 (including goalie) Format with 2 x20 minute running halves. 

Eligibility: Open to girls in grades 8 - 12 (Based on 2025-2026 school year). The league follows USA Lacrosse Age & Eligibility Guidelines. US Lacrosse membership is required for all players and coaches.

Regular Season Fee: $1275 per team. 

End of Season GPS Tournament Fee: $850 per team. $75 discount for any teams that participate in the GNLL Fall League. 

Team registration deadline: Friday August 14, 2026

Registrations are accepted on a first-come-first-serve basis. Registrations received after the deadline are not guaranteed to be scheduled and will incur a $100 late fee

A $250 deposit is required for each team registered. Deposits are non-refundable and due at the time of registration. Teams are not considered fully registered until deposit payments are received. The remaining balance is due no later than August 29, 2025. 

Homegrown Lacrosse is a registered 501c(3) non-profit organization. Team fees cover facility, officials, EMT, field staff, equipment and league administration costs. Additional proceeds and sponsorships sustain, expand and develop service-based initiatives throughout the region.
