Participation Fees Overview

All participation fees for boys high school, youth, and 10U teams are listed below. Please scroll through to find your player's team fees. A guide is included below for reference.

MN Chill Boys High School Participation Fees



Team Uniform: $500*

Includes:

  • HUDL Player Account, Discounts to Homegrown Lacrosse Summer Camp, and Spring Clinics
  • Required Team Uniform (New for 2024-2025), Apparel Package, and Team Helmet

*Returning players do not need to purchase an additional team helmet and will receive a discount upon registration. If returners would like to purchase a new helmet as a replacement, they are welcome to do so at registration*


Fall High School Season: $700

Costs cover: 

  • 6 Team Practices
  • Unlimited Homegrown Fall Positional Practices (Up to 3x per week)
  • Field Rental
  • Equipment & Balls
  • Player Tournament Fee (Great Pumpkin Shootout)
  • Game Day Snacks
  • Coaches Pay 

Winter High School Season: $2620 - $2780

Winter Training: $770

Included in all winter training costs:

  • 9 Team Training Sessions (Nov - Feb)
  • Unlimited Winter Homegrown Academy Training Sessions (Oct - Feb)
  • 3 Homegrown Academy Competition Days
  • Field Rental
  • Equipment & Balls

Winter Tournament Trip:

We have 2 different locations for high school winter trips this year (San Diego, CA & Mesa, AZ).

The 2025, 2026, 2027 Purple, and 2028 teams will attend the San Diego tournament (ADRLN Challenge).

The 2027 Teal and HS Select teams will attend the Mesa tournament (Robin Hood Skirmish).

Summer High School Season: TBD

Summer 2025 participation fees are TBD due to unfinalized costs for tournaments and travel. Summer fees will be finalized and posted here by December 2024! 

Once Summer participation fees are finalized, breakdowns for each team can be found by clicking the links below.

Robin Hood Skirmish SW - Mesa, AZ Trip: $1,850

Travel with the Minnesota Chill is All-Inclusive. Players are fully immersed in the team experience and parents are not required to travel. Included in travel costs:

  • Tournament Fees
  • Coaches Pay & Travel Costs
  • Administrative Services
  • Player Ground Transportation
  • Player Lodging
  • Team Meals
  • Player Flight
  • 1 Checked Bag
  • Travel Chaperones

MN Chill Boys 10U Participation Fees



Team Uniform: $85

Includes:

  • Discounts to Homegrown Lacrosse Summer Camp and Spring Clinics
  • Required Team Uniform and Apparel Package

*10U players are not required to purchase a team helmet. If a player would like to purchase a helmet, please contact Garrett to complete an order (garrett@homegrownlacrosse.org)


Fall 10U Season: $350

Team Practices, Positional Practices, and Great Pumpkin Shootout Tournament:

Winter 10U Season: $770

MN Chill Refund Policy (2024-2025)

Deposits are non-refundable.

Homegrown Summer Camps:

  • At the time of registration - 100% of camp costs will be deducted from the total costs
  • After Registration and up to 30 Days Before - 50% of the camp costs will be refunded
  • Within 30 Days - 0% of the camp costs will be refunded

Cancellation of participation on a Tournament Trip:

  • At the time of registration - 100% of the trip costs. 
  • Within 120 days - 75% of the trip cost will be refunded
  • Within 90 days - 50% of the trip cost will be refunded
  • Within 60 days - 25% of the trip cost will be refunded
  • Within 30 days - 0% of the trip cost will be refunded

Payment Plans:

  • Deposit payments must be made before a custom payment plan can be approved. 
  • Custom payment plans may not extend past the end of any given season. 
  • A plan must be agreed upon before September 7 for Fall,  November 5  for Winter, and April 15 for Summer. 

Scholarship Request Deadlines:

Fall/Winter season scholarship request deadline: September 7.
Summer season scholarship request deadline: April 1.
