Training:
Winter training consists of 16 Saturday morning team practices and 28 HG Academy training sessions which run regionally on weeknights. 

Team Practice:
Practices are primarily on Saturday mornings at the Concordia Sea Foam Dome in St. Paul, or the Academy of Holy Angels in Minneapolis. Some dates and time vary. See the team calendar at the bottom of this page for more details and/or schedule changes.

June 22 - 26, 2019, Vail Shootout, Vail, CO.

Team Training:
The 19U College Prep Team plays weekly games in the GNLL Men's Summer League. Starting in June, the summer league is the best option for players to experience and prepare for college-level play on the field. Games are played on weeknights in Minneapolis, June - August.

Participation fees are all-inclusive e.g. ground transportation costs, tournament fees, coach/admin costs, lodging and team meals. We strive to make the travel team experience as affordable/accessible as possible. Payment plans and a limited number of scholarships are made available by request.

Homegrown Lacrosse's 501c(3) tax-exempt status, sponsorships, donation requests, bulk purchasing and extensive bid sourcing and are all leveraged to keep costs as low as possible while maintaining a high standard of quality and value.
