Homegrown Lacrosse

Adam (aka Postel) grew up in Vernon Hills, Illinois, and now lives in Minneapolis. He attends the University of Minnesota, where he plays defense. He has been honored with the 2010 All-Conference Player Award, the 2010 MCLA Academic All-American Award, was a High School All-Conference Award recipient and was an Illinois All-Star while in high school. He is the founder of 5th Quarter Lacrosse, a parent-resource website.

"There is something special about lacrosse that doesn't compare to any other sport," Adam says. The community and culture of lacrosse make it a sport I'm passionate about playing." Adam gets a great deal of satisfaction from watching youth players learn and apply what is taught to them so they can grow as players and people.

Giving back to the game throughmentorship is what Adam enjoys most about Homegrown Lacrosse.
