Aime Caines

Aime (pronouced "Amy") grew up in Windsor, Ontario, and now resides in Woodbury. He works as an Assistant Coach of the Minnesota Swarm, Assistant Coach at the University of Minnesota, and Head Coach at East Ridge High School.

Aime's lacrosse experience includes twelve years as a professional lacrosse player in the NLL, WSL and WLA. His team was the WLA Mann Cup Champion in 2002. He was also a three-time champion with Ontario.

Lacrosse is a way of life for Aime. "This sport has brought me many great things including incredible friendships that I know will last a lifetime," he says.

Aime enjoys being a positive role model for youth, both in the sport of lacrosse and in life. He loves that Homegrown is an avenue for mentoring in the community.
