To be a great defensive player, it takes determination and a specialized skill set. To help develop both, our defensive experts have put their heads together and created the Scorpion Series, which aims to mold defensive specialists that keep opposing attackers and midfielders awake at night. The program is specifically designed to teach players solid defensive fundamentals that they can use in creating their takeaway and lockdown techniques. 

Guest Coach Spotlight: Ben Randall
Ben has played professional lacrosse since 2019 and currently plays for the Waterdogs (PLL). This previous season he was named 2nd Team All-Pro and was voted #42 in the PLL Players Top-50. Before his pro career, Ben played at The Ohio State University and graduated in 2018. This will be Ben's second year back at Scorpion Series!

Guest Coach Spotlight: Lydia Sutton
Lydia grew up in MN and attended The Blake School where she won Girls' Lacrosse Player of the Year in 2014. She went on to play at the University of Southern California and was a Captain there her senior year in 2018. Most recently Lydia competed in the World Lacrosse Championship for Team Canada. This will also be Lydia's second year back at Scorpion Series!
