Homegrown Lacrosse

We at Homegrown Lacrosse realize that we would not be where we are today without the help of our friends in the Minnesota lacrosse community.

Whether it is through donations of time or money, your generosity will help take our programming and services to new heights.

Every little bit helps in bringing the sport we all love to people and places throughout the state.

Your generosity is always appreciated and goes a long way to help us achieve our mission. One hundred percent of your donation goes to improving and expanding our programs and services. 

Homegrown Lacrosse invites you to make either an in-kind donation or a financial contribution.

• $100 provides lacrosse equipment for one participant
• $250 enables Homegrown Lacrosse to put on a community-development clinic
• $400 enables Homegrown Lacrosse to bring the week-long In-School P.E. Program to a Twin Cities school
• $700 allows a Homegrown Lacrosse inner-city team to participate in a local tournament
• $800 enables Homegrown Lacrosse to bring the week-long In-School P.E. Program to a community in greater Minnesota
• $1,000 buys a new stick for each player on a recently formed team
• $3,000 supports one full inner-city team for one season
• $5,000 allows high school participants to experience a summer travel team trip

Donations support the formation (equipment and coaching) of boys and girls youth lacrosse teams in North Minneapolis and expand the In-School P.E. Program to additional underprivileged areas within the Twin Cities’ metropolitan area as well as Native American communities in outstate Minnesota.

Beyond the In-School P.E. Program, donations enable Homegrown to conduct follow-up clinics and support the development of teams in these communities.

Homegrown Lacrosse welcomes all types of volunteers. Playing/coaching experience are valuable attributes in our volunteers, but they are not required for all positions. 

In addition to coaching volunteers, we have opportunities for lacrosse enthusiasts and parents alike to contribute their time to help the organization - either on an ongoing, one-time or event-specific basis.

Homegrown Lacrosse's sponsorship (and in-kind donation) opportunities put your company and brand in front of Minnesota's growing and tremendously loyal lacrosse community. 

Homegrown has a number of event-based and annual sponsorship opportunities associated with programming, tournaments, leagues and scholarships. All sponsorship of Homegrown Lacrosse events and programming are tax deductible.
