2010 Champions of Summer
On Tuesday August 10, 2010 more than 1,500 players and spectators converged on St. Paul’s McMurray Turf Fields to celebrate lacrosse in Minnesota with an end of summer extravaganza.
Despite the threatening clouds (and ultimately downpour) players, parents and fans of all ages and skill levels participated in Homegrown Lacrosse’s Second Annual Champions of Summer celebration.
Competitive lacrosse action by the state’s best high school, women’s and men’s players included:
- Prep League All-Star Game
- Varsity League Bracket Championship
- Varsity League All-Star Game
- Lakers Lacrosse League (Collegiate / Post-Collegiate) Championship and Consolation Games
- Prep League Champion Game
- Inaugural Lake Lacrosse League All-Star Game
- Inaugural Lake Women’s League Play-in Game
- Women’s League Championship Game
