Leadership skills are pivotal for success on and off the field - whether it is the ability to lead a team through adversity, setting a positive example or motivating and rallying individuals around a cause.  At Homegrown Lacrosse, we believe in the principle that leadership is  more than giving directions; leadership is about one life influencing another.

Our Leadership Programs provide (and reward) young adults with opportunities to be positive role models for others.

• The Leadership Development Program (L.D.P) provides high school players interested in learning the theory and practice of coaching the opportunity to work alongside the Homegrown Lacrosse Senior Staff members. In this role, the high school players serve as counselors to small groups of younger players. As the L.D.P. counselors gain self confidence they also gain more responsibilities. 
• The Community Leadership Award recognizes the efforts of two graduating high school senior players who have given of themselves to help the greater community and in so doing positively impacted the lives of others.
