Program Structure / Values:
Teamwork & Community: At our first session players are assigned to one of six teams which they will remain on the length of the program. Each team is set-up to provide evenly balanced competition, compatible coach / player relationships as well as connect players from different communities and coaches with new
Preparation: All sessions begin before our set times. We emphasize preparation and encourage players to arrive early and often. Our hope is that players can develop and adapt a habit pre-practice warm-ups. This works to ensure that players get the most out of every minute they have with coaches on field.
Strength & Goal Setting: All sessions begin with a 15 minute dynamic warm-up which work on flexibility, focus & mental preparation, coordination and sprint mechanics. All warm-ups and speed work stations are run by certified strength and conditioning coaches.
Knowledge: After warm-ups players work through 45 minute progressive positional skill clinics. Each week new concepts are demonstrated and practiced via high repetition drills. Players are challenged to put these skills into use during game-time as well as set goals for their weekly development.
Focus: During each skill clinic goalies will work with Director, Ian Gallagher (Division 1 Wagner College 07') as well as a tremendous staff of assistant goalie coaches and shooters.
Fun: After warm-ups and skills development players compete with their assigned teams in full-field 25-minute running half round robin games (sessions 2–4) as well as two final play-off games (session 5-6).
Passion & Mentorship: Each team is assigned 1 defensive and 1 offensive coordinator from our staff who currently play or coach at the Varsity MSHSL, MCLA, NCAA or Professional Levels. Beyond resume's and experience, all of our coaches are passionate about our sport and developing the next generation of players. Click Here to Check Out our Staff Bio Page.

8/24/10 H.S. Registraiton Update : In order to meet increased demand we recently secured additional grass fields as well as expanded our staff. Please feel free to contact us via phone or email with any questions or concerns. Also be sure to act fast if you or your teammates are still waiting to sign up. We estimate that we will reach full capacity again by 8/27.
